Hi! If it's not too late to join I'm in. Starting today, I'll be cutting off carbs and diary (I have a slight allergy but don't really honour it), see where that gets me. Taking it slow, though, as I'm being weaned off of prednisone and just re-started physical activity after a couple of nasty flares.
If I lose 4.5-5lb I'll settle for it, but I'd rather go the whole 10lb.

I have noticed a fast weight loss since I have added Alli daily with my meals. I'm not sure if it is due to just watching what I eat in these past few days? However, any weight loss that I can keep off is fine by me!0
