I need some help and accountability this month! I have a cruise with my sister on the 28th and I would desparately like to lose some weight before then. I started out good last month and then I switched migraine (BP) meds and it has really thrown me off my game (tired and moody and mood eating).
Currently at 148.4 as of Friday, Feb 1st and would love to 140 by the time I get on the ship!!

I already lost 10 lbs from jan 1st I accoplished my goal before my 29th bday /feb 9th .so 10 more lbs would be awesome,Im 139 currently my ug is 105 which is my best weight at my 4ft 10 in frame.I use to be that before my beautiful daughters 19 months apart. Love them lots but not the wieght. I hope we can all acheive our goal this month.0

Hi! I would like to lose 10 lbs this month. I am 153 lbs and would love tol ose a total of 20 lbs. I started my journey in January but instead of losing, I have gained 3 lbs. I think that a challenge will give me the push that I need.0

I was sure the scale was finally going to show a downward movement this morning since my sleep pants and shorts felt looser but it was actually UP. :noway: Logically I know its up because of soduim intake last night and a killer boot camp out yesterday but still stinks to see (yea I should know better than to weigh myself after a heavy workout day ).
Went to the dr. today for a checkup and they did a blood draw to check my thyroid level because of a few issues I am having trouble with. In the past I haven't had trouble losing weight so I am thrown for a loop since nothing seems to be working. If I did have a thyroid issue it would at least explain why the scale isnt budging down and a few other problems too.
Hope everyone is hanging in there and getting plenty of exercise and eating tasty healthy foods. :flowerforyou:0 -
