  • I am totally in! I'm 21, 5'3" and ready to hit my goal weight! Started a few days late, so I'll modify to make my deadline March 4th, but here we go :)!!

    geez my goal is to lose 10 lbs in a year ... it has been 2 months and i barely lost 1. this is going to kill me XD i wish i could lose 10 lbs in a month hehe ( i am 5'5 and now 119 lbs)

    I'm a little late so bear with me, I might even be less than 168 but that's the weight I was the last time I weighed and I can't weigh until Wednesday, so hopefully I'll have lost!!

    That's my daughter's birthday (13/3) and would love to loose 10lb before then as we are having a girly weekend starting the 15th.

    Hi! If it's not too late to join I'm in. Starting today, I'll be cutting off carbs and diary (I have a slight allergy but don't really honour it), see where that gets me. Taking it slow, though, as I'm being weaned off of prednisone and just re-started physical activity after a couple of nasty flares.

    If I lose 4.5-5lb I'll settle for it, but I'd rather go the whole 10lb.

    1/02 - 159lb/72kg
    Goal for 1/03 - 149lb/67.5kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight - 100lb/45kg

    I would love to join! I do not weigh all the time however, my husband's stress level cant take it LOL! But I will post often, give encouragement, and at the end will share results!
    I am 5'5'5 medium frame. My goal weight is to get to 130.

    I have noticed a fast weight loss since I have added Alli daily with my meals. I'm not sure if it is due to just watching what I eat in these past few days? However, any weight loss that I can keep off is fine by me!
  • I need some help and accountability this month! I have a cruise with my sister on the 28th and I would desparately like to lose some weight before then. I started out good last month and then I switched migraine (BP) meds and it has really thrown me off my game (tired and moody and mood eating).

    Currently at 148.4 as of Friday, Feb 1st and would love to 140 by the time I get on the ship!!

    Feel free to add me I would love some accountability and support. :D

    I already lost 10 lbs from jan 1st I accoplished my goal before my 29th bday /feb 9th .so 10 more lbs would be awesome,Im 139 currently my ug is 105 which is my best weight at my 4ft 10 in frame.I use to be that before my beautiful daughters 19 months apart. Love them lots but not the wieght. I hope we can all acheive our goal this month.
