They choose to get that pay. There is a min wage for people who earn tips for a reason - they get really decent pay from tips. People choose jobs with tips becuase they CAN make pretty good money, but its not garunteed. You dont get tiped? Suck it up and move on to the next customer(s). No one has to tip - I do follow the…

I have no sympathy - you chose to get a job where you had to rely on tips. You earn tips - they are not mandatory. The customer had every right not to tip - I think perhaps he shoould have left no comment. People seem to be hung up on his words more so than his choice to not want to tip.

I'm having the same issue -_- ... but I agree with the others that perhaps your body is getting use to your new routine. Also, if you're doing TDEE do not eat back your exercise cals since you've already included that. Since its been a full month, try playing around with it, everyone is different. Up your cals for a couple…

I do oatmeal with chia seeds in the AM (about 0700)... keeps my full for HOURS. I can almost always make it to a later lunch (1300-1400). Try high fiber/high protein (as previously recommended)

I use this as well, and I created my own exercise with it so now its in my database.

Just cook them with some garlic/onion - like regular beans. A staple in our home is lentils with a fried egg - they are SO good with some runny yolk on them! mmmm-MMM!

I had the same problem with my husband. I had to tell him STREIGHT up what I wanted and didn't wanted. When he DOES cook, he usually just cooks the main portein for me (which I still appreciate greatly and let him know so). But I'll make my own sides (normally just cooked veggies or a salad). Maybe an arraingment like this…

Fitness is a perishable skill.... take it easy - people make the mistake of trying to go back to what they were doing before they stopped. But YES, just like you did the first time, it will come back to you again. :o) Its the motivatiopn factor you're missing - not the capability. You can do it!

I give my dogs the egg yolks too :P

From Dr. Ann Louise (annlouise.com) :Eggs (yolks) are the highest dietary source of several sulfer-based amino acid, including taurine, cysteine, and methonine. These are needed by the liver to regulate bile production. This nutrient-rich food is also a superb source of phosphatidylcholine, a nutrient needed for overall…

I use this too! =D you can find it at WalMart.... also - I was having the same problem you were. I basically have to eat lots of fillers. Do this: Fluid, Filler, Food 1. Drink some water. 2. Eat/Drink a filler (protein shake, bag of steamable veggies - I do a whole bag of steamable brocolli!) 3. Food - what it is you…

*like! Thanks for the reminder about the importance of strength training!

Agree with above as well - "target" heart rates are recommendations only. Your body knows when too much is too much. Thats a better indicator since everyone is at a different fitness level, even if they are the same H&W.

This - It took me some time to know how many calories were in my portions. So technically both.

I would weight myself at the same time every day. It would fluctuate a pound or two but in general you'll see a trend (like over a week or two). You can also choose to weigh yourself weekly if the fluctuations are going to de-motivate you.

You're probably good on protein unless you modified the macros. Dont sweat too much protein! Most people dont get enonugh.

Great job! so proud of you!! what an inspiration! :o)

I wouldn't be able to stick to it for more than a day - I dont have the will power! But I am interested to hear any success stories and am now curious to see that documentary.
