i stay away from the scale for a month to six weks between weight ins because i work in the garden most and lose in the mornong and gain in the afternoon because of the water i drink to stay hydrade.... it can mean 8.3 pb for a gallon then lose in the bathroom in the night good luck

light headed and lose of vision are signs of LOW BLOOD SUGARS.... i have that problem when i look staight up... i have eat somthing right away or passout.... i do blood glucose testing for fifteen days before my yearly fisical with my doctor and when it happens my glucose level is in the low 50's... my dad died of pancass…

yes, i do count any water that take in because i have a problem with salt and it does add weight. and please remember that tea and coffee just add flovar not calories. it is the milk and sugar that make problems with tea and coffee.. i drink about a gallon or 3.75 liters everyday.. or my kidneys give me a fit.

i was told that if you eat protien in modartion and keep the fats down. it helps with mussel rebuilting when you exercise.. but the biggest thing i found is i burn more fat off....and as said already i feel better later............:smile: :smile:

i dont think about calories till i log-on! remember that it is about self honesty that make the weight fall off. that is the only thing we can do any thing about. i changed my exercise habits more than any thing. remember that it is health that we want.. if it become to much thinking talk to your doctor. we will support…
