Hey when you guys have tea/coffee/hot chocolate etc made with water, do you add the cup of water to your water consumption?

No, I drink around 4.5 liter per day of pure water beside tea/coffee/hot chocolate.0

yes, i do count any water that take in because i have a problem with salt and it does add weight. and please remember that tea and coffee just add flovar not calories. it is the milk and sugar that make problems with tea and coffee.. i drink about a gallon or 3.75 liters everyday.. or my kidneys give me a fit.0

Water is water whether it's straight out of the tap, in your tea or the 85% water that makes up an apple. Most people get all the water they need by drinking when they are thirsty and from the foods that they eat without going to the effort of tracking it all. Desert nomads drink very little water and survive quite nicely. The whole 8 glasses a day is a myth with no scientific backing.0
