    start with logging on the trackers then work to mit your goals

    It's just calories in vs. calories out. Start slow, change one thing at a time, track everything you eat and add some moderate exercise which you can increase as you get fitter. Set short term goals instead of one long term goal and reward yourself with something other than food.

    Oh yeah, make sure the exercise is something you enjoy or you won't stick with it.
