I agree. Add some brown rice. If it's the carbs you will miss, eat complex carbs before your soup, such as an apple. You may not want the bread anymore and the pectin in the apple will fill your belly = )

Thursday is my cheat day. Its a plant based protein. 7 grams per serving. Who in the hell is going to sit and eat 3 servings of peanut butter in one sitting. that's 6 tablespoons. Of course the calorie content would be high.
