is that true about white rum??? i drink miller light. has 98 calories.......better than the 150 you get with reg beer, specially if you have a few.....losing 50 calories a beer really adds up fast and makes a huge difference if you drink a lot.

you shouldnt feel starved when your dieting. really you get more than enough food when your dieting. its just not maybe as good or as fun as like lets say a pizza. but i chop up veggies that i eat all day while im at work and takes me hours and hours to eat them. by the time i leave work ive have about 200 to 300 calories…

im like you. i dont feel i have a problem. like the lady above everyone is diffent. if you feel that there has been a drastic change then talk to a doctor. but if this is normal for you i wouldnt worry about it.

tip there are lots of ways to workout while watching the television. i have a recumbent bike ive planted in front of the tv. the rule is if i want to watch i have to ride. hahaha.

okay i just asked this question but im going to try and rephrase it.. if i am on a 1200 calorie diet. and lets say yesterday i ate 1200 calories. so i take this to mean i dont have to work out. then the next day i eat 2000 calories so i burn 800. is this how to lose weight or am i doing this all wrong? all i do is burn…

okay well i do eat more lots of days but then i burn off the extra through exercise. is this what im suppose to be doing? or am i doing it wrong? lets say i eat 1200 one day then i will burn 0. but the next day i eat 2000 and burn 800? is that what im suppose to do to lose weight?

i am by no means an expert. just passing along information that i have come across that eating before bed will make you gain weight is false. 100 calorie veggie snack pack. with tomatos, celery, carrots and ranch dressing. and a sliced up cucumber. 135 calories total!!!!!!!!! and hard to eat it all. lot of food.

i dont know the answer to your question. but id still like to makea suggestion...... you should eat the foods you enjoy that are healthy and feed them to your kids whenever you like. you shouldnt have to wait til he is out of town! he is a grown man he can feed himself and should be happy your finding healthy treats you…

hmmm. sounds like since your not sure of your calorie intake that that might be the problem. i would definitly start logging and finding out exactly how much you take in each day. that will help you find out how many you have to burn out. sal
