A question...

I don't know how crazy this will sound...but I can't seem to lose weight...AT ALL. Actually, I'm more likely to keep gaining it...
I'm insanely active...I walk from class to class on a huge campus, I use the treadmill or elliptical for half an hour on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and I do yoga for an hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The only thing I think could be my problem is that a) i've gained muscle weight, b) i'm not eating enough, or c) all of the above...
I think I could safely say that my calorie intake is no more than 1500 a day...if that at all. I'm sure there are some days when it's only around 1000 (I really only keep a loose track of it). If that's the problem, I'm not sure how to go about being able to eat more than that...I find I'm not hungry most of the time...
Any suggestions? I'm totally confused...

hmmm. sounds like since your not sure of your calorie intake that that might be the problem. i would definitly start logging and finding out exactly how much you take in each day. that will help you find out how many you have to burn out.

Contrary to what some people think or say, there is such a thing as "weight loss resistant" people. Do keep an accurate count of your calories in and out and then if you still don't see the weight dropping, consider a check up. I'm off to do one myself soon because I have a hard time dropping even an ounce.0
