a whole wheat bagel with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese, 14 baby carrots, 1 stick of 2% milk string cheese, and white cranberry/strawberry yogurt.
I still have an apple and veggie crisp chips with 16 fat free pretzel sticks for a snack this afternoon.

Total Fat-21 grams, most of it in the olive oil.

My son made a homemade personal pan pepperoni pizza and brought me 1/2 of it. YUUUUUMMMMMY!!!!! It was thick crust and he did an excellent job. So I had that for lunch and a serving of Italian Style Vegetables.0
