  • I would like to join in the walk challenge. i can't seem to do well with changing my eating habits...so maybe more exercise is the key for me....I have given up soft drinks and only drink water now.

  • for the inline skating that I did...no jumping required....just raise which ever leg it says. I got mine the day it came out and brought it home and tried it immediately....love it!!!!!!! You really get a great workout!!!!
  • The strap actually fits snuggly on teh thigh...the cords don't seem to get in the way. The kickboxing and the inline skating are my favs. It's fun, but you can also feel the workout!!!!

  • I have started doing a cardio workout everyday...for at least 30 minutes and taking at least another 15 minute walk during my break at work.   • As bad as I hate it, I have started drinking bottled water daily. I try to get in at least 4 bottles...which is equivilant to my 64 oz. So far, I am doing well!!!!!
