In my new profile pic, this morning, all the clothes are a smaller size and I can actually see a difference when I look in the mirror now. Plus people are starting to notice. That helps alot!!!!!

go to Fremont Street, to see the light show. Its pretty neat. and try to catch all the FREE shows on the strip.

I would do alot of googling. There are tons of sites to choose that have packages for weddings and such, or contact their touirst convention site and that should help too. I went there on a cruise with my best friend for my Bday last Jan and it was so beautiful there!

I have had the same problems in the past, I was told to keep track of my carbs and eat around the same amount everytime to keep my sugars from "spiking" I was told to eat around 25-35g at each meal to loose weight. so I track that and since then I dont spike much anymore. with my back issues my surgeon told me no running but i do a little but for most part i do the Ellipical, lots less hard on my joints, just a thought to share.

Well I skipped the gym last night, I had felt a lurge lump on the back of my knee so I did a rest night so I dont injur myself, it feels better today so I will go out tonight. I also found a treadmill that a friend is going to give me so this makes me happy now this weekend is cleaning the basement and getting it all ready…

Most of the food is buffet style but there are some good choices at the resturants which of course cost you. You can do wise with the buffets just what the serving sizes you take and look for the "better" choices and WALK everywhere. take the stairs when ever possible that will help also.
