OK need some help here, I want more friends that will help me stay focused on the big picture. I have started back to the gym last month and I have started to loose but I'm disappointed in myself with this mornings weigh in. I know its a slow and steady ride but Ugh! I'm having neck surgery in 2 weeks and I'm wondering if anyone can help with what I should be eating afterwards...... I won't be able to do alot right off the bat and I'm single so I actually don't do alot of cooking anyway. So any help would be great!

COTTAGE CHEESE OPTIONS?
HI I have bought some cottage cheese and its low cals and low carbs but my problem here is I need to stay around the 20-30g of carbs at every setting (snacks, meals, etc....) so what can I eat with this that will bring up the carb count?
