new body November-week 7

Well here it is saturday morning again and here is the new post! I'm weighing in with a loss of 2 pounds. YAY for me and a great start to the week! Hope everyone still here is doing well.
We are trying to decide either to start a new group or continue with this one. I'm up for what ever I like the fact that I have to be accountable to something and that is helping me to stay on track. So we can either stay with this group or I am willing to come up with another group and of course anyone new who wants to start is more than welcome to start this group at any time!

i dont get it two days ago i was down 2 lbs and yesterday i was down 1lb but today im back to being the same old 118. so i dont get it.0

Limestar all I can say is that your body will change from day to day and I know that you get frustrated so I can tell you to only get on the scale once a week otherwise you will always be frustrated. It took me a long time to realize that. I would get on the scale every day and not see change and then I would give up but now I weigh once a week and I'm seeing the change and feeling it and for once people have noticed too and are telling me that I look good.
You can do it, just watch what you eat and log it daily and things will start turning around. I'm here anytime to help motavate and for whatever else you need.0 -

Im here. Preparing my self for a busy 2 weeks. This weekend is my niece's bday so hopefully i do not eat a lot. Then it is xmas time. Luckily we were able to convince our fathers to spend xmas day and not xmas eve. So that takes away from going to 4 houses and stuffing ourselves til we throw up lol. even though i get to go to 2 houses both decided to do it at night good thing i hate eating at night so i know i wont eat a lot. I get realy bad tummy aches if i eat at night, i know weird but whatever works. what yall doing for xmas? did yall do all your xmas shopping. I did get all xmas gift and now its time for me to indulge on me. I want to get me a nice shirt to wear for xmas n new years.0

Hi, sorry I dropped off the face of the earth for a few days!! My husband is done with school for the semester so we took a few days to get to know each other again. For that reason, I didn't weigh in this week. I didn't want to discourage myself after a weekend of Cici's Pizza, TGI Friday's, and a huge christmas party at my house.
I also need to admitt that I haven't been loging my food. I am feeling pretty guilty about letting myself go so easily. But, the hubby says we are going to the gym tonight, so hopefully I can get back on track today, and will weigh in this weekend.
Good job on the weightloss Stormchaser. I am very impressed...your little frog is hopping right along on your tracker
Are you starting to notice the weightloss yet? Anything fun that I can look forward to?0 -
tahmed -the first thing I can think of to tell ya is that you'll have trouble keeping your pants up. I have several pairs that everytime I get up I have to pull them up. Its great but man I can't find pants that fit me now. I'm now really in the between sizes and that sucks! I have a pair of jeans that I'm really trying to get back into and I'm almost there hopefully by the end of the year I'll have no problems.
Now that you have gotten to know your husband again get back on track and log your meals, get him on it too get that much needed support from him. Tell him if he helps you, you'll plan something special when you reach a goal. I have lots of mini goals and I'm about to cross one off the list, I have 3 pounds to go.
Yes its hard with the season of FOOD but we can do this, we have the power to stop being over weight, ITS OUR time to be the skinny women, LOL!

since our group really has fizzled out I'm heading over to a new group called HAL 2010, its a small group they are looking for more members there too. otherwise you can add me as a friend and I will continue to help where I can!
