frustrated at weight loss

hey my name is Tracy and I'm new to this part and I'm asking for help. I've been told to watch carbs by staying in the 25-30g a setting. Now I work 2 jobs and I eat crap food so I need all suggections I can get.

    :smile: hello! Plan your meals days ahead of time and stick to it! Pack them every night. Drink plenty of water and just stay focus. :drinker:

    stop eating crap food. pack your meals. I work 8 hours a day and eat every two hours and I dont buy a thing. If I can do it anyone can.

    Good fats (nuts, nut butter)
    lean meats ( chicken, turkey, tuna, fish)
    low carb fruits )strawberries (other berries) vegetables broccolli, celery (which is mainly water)
  • yea you just have to plan take some fruit and nuts protein shakes make a salad or if you buy lunch buy a salad. Drink your water.
