to be true m expecting same kindoo work in couple of weeks with my charter...but need to focus on personal and proffessiona life also..eat breakfast healthy i meant, to give u energy for half day atleast...snack in betwn 3 times till 8 pm, lunch is must too..if u eat properly u will have energy mentally and physically...

m size 14-16 ... i dont know yet what size i wana be to be true , my main aim is to lose few extra health risky lbs ...like 50lbs lolss ..but i think just guessing wud be 10 size if i lose tht much heavy wt from my body nd booty....

Thanks friends..m working out fom last 2 -3 weeks 3-4 times a week same day either 2 sessions of zumba 2 hrs or circuit traing 1 hr zumba 1 hr or Piloxing 1hr zumba 1 hr and elliptical 45 minutes after thz sessions..but body gets sore every time ... Jpfost- which post supplemets r good .. Hopefully wont get sore in another…
