I eat the same thing almost everyday... oatmeal with almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground flaxseed. Sometimes I add almonds. Soo yummy!!!

I only use pure maple syrup. Yes it is more calories, but it doesn't have junk in it!

When I was nursing I had to custom set my goals to change my calories. Go into your diary and hit settings to change your calorie amount.

I upped mine from 1200 to 1500-1600. I never felt hungry at 1200, but I workout pretty hard so I decided I needed to up my calories. I notice a huge difference now that I have. I'm not tired like I was before and I have plenty of energy to get me through my entire workout. I'm also not as grouchy. lol

You can space your legs a little further apart and it helps make it a tad easier.

I eat the same breakfast almost everyday because I love it! I eat oatmeal with almond milk, nutmeg and cinnamon. So yummy!

My fav bad food is Chick fil a! I haven't had it in over two years though!!! I'm counting down until I can have it again! Mmm..it is totally worth the extra calories!

Holy moly! I would kill for $1.50 strawberries! I got excited yesterday because I was able to score them for $4! lol I'm in Hawaii and everything is mega expensive so the prices from the op don't seem that high to me.

I agree! Don't just go with what MFP has loaded in the database. I just entered in a banana and it said 36 calories. I know that was wrong so I had to change it. You'd be surprised at how much food is in the database that is completely wrong!

My diary is open if you want to look. FYI..I'm not always perfect. lol I eat almonds, avocado, lean meats, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and drink protein shakes after my workouts. I also eat at least 5 times a day and I try for 6. It helps me to eat more frequently rather than big meals at once to get the calories.

I have noticed the same thing!!! I figure if i'm really that hungry, I'm going to eat. I just still make sure that I eat healthy choices.

I feel the same way! I have decided to put my scale away and measure my process by the way my clothes fit and taking measurements. I have gained three pounds, but I look and feel much better! I want actual muscles. I don't want just the toned look. I want abs and noticeable muscles in my arms. If I increase my calories to eat over my TDEE, will I still be able to lose the fat or should I focus on fat loss and then work on muscle growth?

Just start trying different kinds and try different ways of cooking them. My fav veggie is zucchini and I finally tried it grilled and it is even better! I'm a huge garlic eater so I usually add garlic to my veggies and eat them that way.

My stapes are fresh fruit and veggies, eggs, almond milk, greek yogurt, chicken breast, and ground turkey. Pretty much every meal that I make is from these items.

I'm eating my fav salad right now! lol It's baby spinach, tomato, green bell pepper, cucumber, grilled chicken, and (my absolutely fav dressing!) Newman's Own Balsamic Vinegar. Yum! I also like to add feta cheese and fresh fruit in my salads.

I bf my son for 2 1/2 years and managed to lose weight while doing it. It is recommended that she eat an extra 500 calories a day, but it will all depend on her. I was able to eat between 1600-1700 calories a day and my supply did not diminish at all. Tell her to track her calories and see how her supply is.
