I would LOVE to join too!!! I am nursing my 16 month old still ... there are days when I am ready to stop, and other days when I love the closeness. I plan on stopping at 18 months .... plan is the word. LOL

I agree, start with the 30 day shred. I also do the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout (all free on youtube) I really like the Banish Fat workout. Its 45 minutes, and it is an AWESOME calorie burn!!!!!!!

Oh. My. God. I was thinking about getting a snack. I think I will continue to read this post when I get the urge to eat something!!! YIKES!! I did find what looked to be pubes on my cheeseburger from Wendy's one time. That was 11 years ago, and I have yet to eat another burger from Wendys.

I keep my calorie intake under 1600 .. and MFP will add your exercise calories into your daily calories but that does not mean you need to consume all of those calories!!

I agree, go with MFP numbers if you did not put your info in the treadmill. MFP has your weight, and it will give you the most accurate calculation :)
