I head ya about the carbs!!! I am also trying to keep my carbs really low and yesterday, while delicious, my carb intake was high!

Typically, I find MFP to be pretty close to the mapmy app (map my ride, map my walk, map my run) and both of them are pretty lock stepped with my heart rate monitor (chest strap and pretty reliable)

Don't underestimate yourself.....just get up and move. If you are uncomfortable with entering an exercise class (I should actually tell you to just face it and do it and enjoy the process as your body becomes stronger...but I know how very real fear is).....then start walking. start running. Get a bike. MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!!!…

I'm rockin' it this month thus far at 18.99 miles ...walking and running miles....hopefully the bike miles will kick in soon!

I didn't reach the 100 miles in April...so we are aiming for 100 miles in May!!!!!

Ok, I'm going to have to step up some bike rides (snowing right now...grrr) and back off on the exercise classes if I'm going to reach my goal this month!!! I'm running a bit behind!

Well since I just barely squeaked my 75 miles in for February, I'm going to push myself for 100 for the month of March!!!!

Squeaked this one in! Last miles completed on the exercise bike today! 9 miles for a total of 75.98

Another month where I am squeeking it in at the last minute. 15 miles this morning on the exercise bike....to put me at 66.98 I do believe that I will be hopping on again tonight to finish this off today...tomorrows miles (hopefully a run) can be extra!!!

Ok, I've been a sluggard (mileage wise) for this month so far. I at least have been moving doing zumba and other none mileage activities. A day off today, so I hit the gym this morning and knocked off just shy of 10 miles.......home resting but going to head out to my favorite zumba class tonight....and I just may do back to back classes....2 hours straight! :-)
