    2.38 miles run/ walk yesterday (re-doing Couch to 5k to encourage a co-worker)

    That's all I had time for yesterday. (Not counting the hour of walking at the grocery store or the walk around the block with the dog.)

    May get some bike time today.

    Some kind of bad run/walk today. Allergies and a toothache make sucking cold morning air in difficult.

    3.7 mile walk/run combo. I managed to push the one mile run (and ignore the voices in my head going "WTF? Are you nuts?") and did it in 10:45 - I've been in the 11 minute range and really wanted to get under that just once.

    I'm moving this month, and in more ways than one! I went spinning Friday, then tried to get another class in Saturday morning before heading off to Gainesville for my daughter's graduation. Class was full, but I did a walk/run for 3 miles. When I got to campus, I walked 8 milesin 1-1/2 days!!! Side, note: graduation was great, and I'm soooo proud of my baby girl!

    @Dinos
    Great job! I have signed up for a few 5k's in the hopes of attempting a half marathon in the fall. I can't even run 12 min miles for the full 5k yet, so you give me inspiration!

    @taxmom - good luck with the peas - my seedlings went into the garden today. Fingers crossed that there are no more late frosts. Hope to start the second crop before the end of the week. Don't forget 50 is the new 40!! As for the AARP card - ???? Is it like getting mail from SAGA????

    @cpanus - that sounds like a delightful weekend.

    @vhuber - ouch to all those glute exercises.

    @Chevy - well done on the early morning starts - you're doing well there.

    @Dinos - excellent 5 K - no wonder you're racing ahead of me on the steps.

    @Raasy - WoW to you too - completing a half marathon - and some - you must have done a mile to get there too.
    Completed my Half Marathon on Sunday!! Almost thought I was going to die but I completed it!! 13.1 miles ran/walked and then almost another mile back to the car
