I've got my 1st Triathlon (spint distance) of 2014 coming up in June . . . Going to ramp-up the mileage for May !!!
Goal for May: 150 miles
May 1st: 12 miles (*Spin*)
May 4th: 29 miles (*Road Bike*)
May 5th: .75 miles (*Swim*)
May 5th: 5 miles (*Stationary Bike*)

I got TONS of stuff done this weekend that I really needed to, but somehow completely missed out on getting any real miles in. :noway: I'm starting this month off a little behind....time to put the pedal down. The gas, not the brake. :laugh:
