I've got my 1st Triathlon (spint distance) of 2014 coming up in June . . . Going to ramp-up the mileage for May !!!
Goal for May: 150 miles

May 4th: 5 miles (*Stationary Bike*)
May 4th: 1.25 miles (*Running*)

Skipped the running and walked 3.2 miles.
Just renewed my CPR card and took my Fitbit off in case the chest compressions picked the movements up and recorded them as steps. Wondering how many calories chest compressions burn? Will have DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) tomorrow on the back of my left hand and between the shoulder blades ... :sick:
