I am in! So excited to be here! I’m 47 years old and have been on this journey for so long. I’m about 91 pounds down from my highest weight and have about 50 more to go! It’s time to do it!

Today is my weigh in day...mfclingan. I went to weigh myself this morning and got a low battery error message on the scale...we left for vacation shortly thereafter...so no weigh in for me! (We arrived and already have ridden bikes for about 3 hours...so active!!!)

Daily Post Monday 9/10 Track: Yes Calories: right within my range Exercise: No....rain kept me from it during my lunch and breaks and a long commute home (weather and traffic) ate up my free evening time! Goals/Day: I’m ready to see some sunshine!!! But apparently that’s not in the forecast for a while.

Daily Post Friday September 7 Track: Yes Calories: surprisingly withiny set range!!! Exercise: Nope!!! Goals/Day: Friday night cheat...but I stayed within the range of calories that I aim for! It was a super busy day at work, no time for walking on my lunch...and pouring rain after work kept me grounded!

Daily Post Thursday 9/6 Track: Yes Calories: Soot on (maybe a few calories less) Exercise: Yes walked lunch break and both 15 minute breaks Goals/Day: It was a typical weekday..work and long commute. It was hot hot hot..but I still walked outside on my breaks and my lunch . Calories were find, carbs were high!!!

Track: Yes Calories: Spot on target Exercise: Yes...walking on lunch break...30 minutes (I pack ‘portable foods’ to eat while I walk) Goals/Day: it was really hot today...it was my goal to get out and walk despite the heat!! The normal after work bike ride was scrubbed because of the heat!

We are usually out on a rail trail, the C&O canal towpath (184 miles in length so lots of different places to go) or actual mountain bike trails. The mountain bike trails are a new addition for me and my skills at hopping over and navigating around obstacles definitely need work! Yesterday we did a few hours on the canal.
