    Ugh. Had a terrible day. Daughter's 13th birthday. And, I had so many cravings... gave into them all. It has been a long time since I have had a day like today... I ate cake, cookies, chips, peanut butter, sweet roll salami sandwiches, not to mention my lunch and dinner. Gave into it all, lost all control. My stomach hurts right now. I am easily going to gain at least 4-5 pounds. FML. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day. This does not define me anymore. The drive to succeed does.

    Exercise: 3.6mile walk 60mins. I went out too late for the run and it was too dark (I don't want to break my leg running through the woods in the dark.)
    Daily goal: Kill Crites!! Still trying to recuperate from earlier this week. Tuesday shall be the day of truths!
