Daily Post: September 23rd
Track: NO
Calories: OVER
Exercise: Yes - 2 mile walk.
Ugh. Had a terrible day. Daughter's 13th birthday. And, I had so many cravings... gave into them all. It has been a long time since I have had a day like today... I ate cake, cookies, chips, peanut butter, sweet roll salami sandwiches, not to mention my lunch and dinner. Gave into it all, lost all control. My stomach hurts right now. I am easily going to gain at least 4-5 pounds. FML. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day. This does not define me anymore. The drive to succeed does.1 -
@BEASTFIELD314 that was my Tuesday this week. Go ahead and splurge on the chewy tums. The picture defines it all too!0

DP: 09/23 Sunday
Track: yes
Calories:under
Exercise: 3.6mile walk 60mins. I went out too late for the run and it was too dark (I don't want to break my leg running through the woods in the dark.)
Daily goal: Kill Crites!! Still trying to recuperate from earlier this week. Tuesday shall be the day of truths!1 -
Daily Post: Sunday, September 23rd
Track: Yes
Calories: OVER!!! Two words, “carrot cake”!
Exercise: 62 minutes @ 3.5 on the treadmill
Goal: This past week was not a good week for sleep. I think my average was 5hours. So, I’m sticking with the same goals until they become a habit. So it’s at least 7 hours of sleep each night and 64 ounces of water a day.

Daily Post: September 23rd
Track: Yes
Calories: Under
Exercise: Yes- 24 minute ab workout- late but got it in )
Goals/day: I know I probably sound like a broken record because I keep repeating myself but I am falling back on old habits as far as my eating goes. I am staying under on calories, but what I am eating is definitely not healthy. This past week has been a tough one, I feel like I'm also staying hungry all day. Goal for this next week is cutting down on the sugar and late night snacking. I think the sugar is effecting more so than anything, because eating sugar makes me want more. (Fruits are ok though in moderation)1 -
@cdavisdeva I get the late night munchies too. I found that it really helps me cut back if I brush, floss, and use mouthwash right after dinner. One, I am lazy and don't want to have to do that more than once. Two, everything tastes nasty after mouthwash....especially sugary stuff3

For those that have missed 2 consecutive weigh ins without notifying me, I will be removing you from October's challenge (if you weighed late, or notified me, no worries). This is so we can make room for those interested in the challenge. If you want to be taken out of October, please notify me or @AB0215.
Again, great job!6 -

Up a bit from 2 days ago. The weekends are always so hard for me. I will continue to improve though!
@BEASTFIELD314 May I please change my weigh in day to Monday for October? We travel a ton and so I’m often out of town on Sunday, which makes reliably weighing in difficult. Thanks!0 -

Daily Post: Monday, 9/24
Track: Yes
Calories: Under
Exercise: 2.5 mile walk/jog
Took my son to soccer practice. While he was practicing, I was walking/jogging around the parking lot and field. Managed to get a decent amount in. Some of the parents were looking at me strangely, but who cares? I am doing it for me and my family, not theirs! Today I have my 2nd job, and a few other things to do, so no walk. But my other job helps burn calories too, so I count that as exercise!0 -
