    Good morning Team Flab-U-Less! Welcome to the weekend!!

    FYI - I will not be around this weekend, but will make sure I go through and double check that I got everyone's weights. My nephew is having his bachelor party day today (Saturday) starting with lunch and ending at a hotel we booked. Not sure I will be logging anything or have time to get much done. Tomorrow I am not sure how productive I will be, lol!!!

    Exercise: Got a nice 3.5 mile walk in -between coming home from work and going to my 2nd job.

    Overall a great day. Glad I was able to get a little walk in. The 2nd job helps burn a bit as well. I am taking my weight today and using it for my weigh in tomorrow - I don't want all my hard work this week to reflect poorly because of the bachelor party DAY!!

    Goals/day: I had my meals/snacks all planned out this morning until my sister told me about her oatmeal peanut butter cookies. I just had to make them. Planned to have just 1. Cookies were my dinner lol.

    Goal: Yippee for the weekend! I was able to get 8 hours of sleep last night. So far I've only had 54 ounces of water. However, I should be able to get in the last 10 ounces before bed.
