Goals/day: Higher carb day but stayed under on calories. Working on walking 2 miles/day for 3-4 days per week, along with some type of daily workout.
I have found a new love for walking/jogging. Never thought I would. But now when I can't get a walk/jog in, I miss it.1 -

Exercise: went to the park again, but we got caught in a hellfire storm and downpour about 2.5 miles in and had to get off of the ridge line fast with all the lightening...we ran/slid the next 2 miles back.
Daily Goal: ISO: those self-lacing shoes and a hoverboard that doesn't catch on fire that we were promised in 1985. A shower (with soap this time) and some Netflix.

Exercise: 2 something miles 30 mins...got cut short because of another T-storm.
Daily Goal: acquire the wardrobe that leads to Narnia for infinite storage space. Do it again tomorrow.1 -

Goals/day: A good day but I did eat junk I probably shouldnt have. Didn't get my walk in like I wanted but plan to tomorrow.1 -

Exercise: 3.6miles 60mins. A lot of yard work and tree limb pick up from the storms we had yesterday.

It's ok! It happens. Weight loss is NOT linear. You will go up and down. Have you had anything high in sodium that last few days? It could just be retaining water.
@BEASTFIELD314, I have not been eating as mindfully as I usually do but I am going to make every effort to get back on track.I do not ever want to see the scale reading 200 lbs again.

Goals/day: Another good day. My diary today said if everyday was like today I would be 13 lbs lighter in 5 weeks. That's pretty inspiring but I wonder how much of that is true. I know it's just an estimation though, but that would be awesome .0 -
Sorry, I'm getting to my weigh in late. We are remodeling our bathroom and we had to pack up everything (cabinets, drawers, rugs, etc). My husband packed our scale and we can't seem to locate it without dumping all the packed boxes. So....I went to a friends house to weigh. Not sure their scale is calibrated the same and I had to do it clothed, but nonetheless, I wanted to finish out September.
