    Goals/day: A good day but I did eat junk I probably shouldnt have. Didn't get my walk in like I wanted but plan to tomorrow.

    It's ok! It happens. Weight loss is NOT linear. You will go up and down. Have you had anything high in sodium that last few days? It could just be retaining water.
    @BEASTFIELD314, I have not been eating as mindfully as I usually do but I am going to make every effort to get back on track.I do not ever want to see the scale reading 200 lbs again.

    Sept. 14: 181 lbs
    Sept. 21: 180.6 lbs
    Sept. 28: 182 lbs

    I weighed myself a bunch of times today. Weight was up and down but this is the lowest it was for today. Sorry team!

    Goals/day: Another good day. My diary today said if everyday was like today I would be 13 lbs lighter in 5 weeks. That's pretty inspiring but I wonder how much of that is true. I know it's just an estimation though, but that would be awesome :).

    Sorry, I'm getting to my weigh in late. We are remodeling our bathroom and we had to pack up everything (cabinets, drawers, rugs, etc). My husband packed our scale and we can't seem to locate it without dumping all the packed boxes. So....I went to a friends house to weigh. Not sure their scale is calibrated the same and I had to do it clothed, but nonetheless, I wanted to finish out September.
