    Exercise: 35 minute Kettlebell workout

    Goal: Today was my first day with my new students...made for a long and busy day!
    Success on stress eating so far but as I was coming home I started having car trouble, thank God for Triple A. It was an epic fail on the water goal. I was so busy that I only had about 16 ounces the entire day. I'm drinking nothing but water tonight...no celebratory first day cocktail for me. 😞I WILL do better tomorrow.

    Calories: Soot on (maybe a few calories less)
    Exercise: Yes walked lunch break and both 15 minute breaks
    Goals/Day: It was a typical weekday..work and long commute. It was hot hot hot..but I still walked outside on my breaks and my lunch . Calories were find, carbs were high!!!

    Gooooood morning Team Flab-U-Less! The week is almost over and then the wonderful thing in life called the WEEKEND!!! LOL - even though I still work, I enjoy the weekend. A little more time with the family and a little more time for me.

    Sorry I just realized on my daily post yesterday, I put Wednesday instead of Thursday! All day yesterday I had it in my head it was Wednesday, probably because of the holiday Monday!

    Exercise: Nope!!!
    Goals/Day: Friday night cheat...but I stayed within the range of calories that I aim for! It was a super busy day at work, no time for walking on my lunch...and pouring rain after work kept me grounded!

    Goal: Today was a good day! I was actually able to sit down and eat my lunch. The last few days, I've been so busy that I have eaten while running errands in the school or prepping for my next class. Also, I did do better on my water intake however, currently I've had 48 ounces.

    I will be going through and double checking to make sure I got everyone's weights and daily posts throughout the day. Another busy (and really rainy) day here. Kids still play soccer, even in the rain!! I hope everyone has a great day. Can't believe week one is almost over!
