  • Using an overhead target (like the games standard) has really improved my burpees. I also place tape on the floor as target under my overhead target. I guess i focus on the targets and the not pain. I <3 Burpees. the 100 day burpee challenge will also help. 3-2-1 GO!

  • yeah it's a tough WOD. 150 WB = KAREN WOD which is doable. It was also a Games WOD this year. The penalties are a bit excessive but just finish. Forget the time. Just finish. Too many folks get wound up about the time. Just finish. Forget the time. BC next time you'll do it faster. I <3 CrossFit!!
  • My CF gym is inside a fitness club. $40 for the club and $100 for CF monthly. Unlimited on everything. CF offers classes 6 days/wk and about 6x per daily.
