I've seen it and pretty much agree with you. It was interesting and I'm sure a lot of its points are true. Some of the points seemed so obvious- almost too obvious/good to be true, if you know what I mean. But overall, I liked it and will try to keep a lot of its ideas in mind.

I just recently starting eating it and I like it a lot. Greek yogurt is thicker than regular yogurt. I'm not a yogurt expert, but I think it has something to do with straining more of the whey out when it's made. You ate 7/16 of a cup, which is not a very pretty fraction, haha. The decimal is .4375 so you can probably enter it in like that, or round it off. Hope that helps!

Weeks without chocolate?!?! I could never do that. I second the idea of hershey's miniatures. Or a small piece of another kind of dark chocolate. I think it's a good idea to give into the craving a little.
