Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I love French Onion Soup, but I've never been able to make it on my own. And it always has so many calories in it. I'm making some this weekend! :flowerforyou:0

You can bake the onions on a cookie sheet to caramelize. It takes awhile but uses little to no fat. This method works great when trying to make a large quantity also.0
