Anyone seen the documentary 'Food Matters'? I definitely feel like raw baby carrots and berries are the only appropriate movie snacks lol
Any opinions? I feel like it definitely presents interesting points, but is wildly biased. Not that I don't think that they make valid correlations between American diet and increased incidence of cancer and autoimmunity... I'm going to look up some papers tomorrow to see if there is the research to back up their 'vitamin C kills cancer' and such.

I've seen it and pretty much agree with you. It was interesting and I'm sure a lot of its points are true. Some of the points seemed so obvious- almost too obvious/good to be true, if you know what I mean. But overall, I liked it and will try to keep a lot of its ideas in mind.0
