  • hah don't worry, it's still fine, the point is that you're trying, and atleast you're making a difference by choosing not to eat any other animal. the fish maybe not so lucky, but there's still cows, chickens, deer, and whatever other meat there is out there that people eat who are being saved by that. =)

  • eat anyways! just because your stomach isnt growling doesnt mean your not hungry, you may have a lack of appetite but im positive your body probably wants food. instead of having big heaping meals, just have little 100 calorie snacks throughout the day =)

  • do you weigh yourself at the same time everyday? your weight can fluctuate up to 2 pouns a day, i know that when i weigh myself at 11 am i weigh 1.5 pounds less than i do when i weigh at 6pm. so make sure you weigh yourself at the same times, as well indigestion could also make you have that .5 as well

  • I know I'm a week late buuuut here's my starting weight of may 7 - 178.5 (i have to use my wii scale to weigh myself and some days it says 177 and other days 180...so i might as well put it in between) goal weight by june 1- 173! :)
