Add me too! I've been there and still doing it! I already lost over 30 pounds and was heavy since middle school, after uni, I got my butt on track I'm looking to lose another ten so lets do it together! and I am also am allergic to milk!

Ha ha ha! I can def relate the not wanting to throw the ball around. Although the Alternating Ball fly move was very nice, my arms are soreeee.
