    What a wonderful idea! I may need one for my desk, kitchen and living room so I can have that visual where I'm most likely stray.

    These are mine. I used Mason jars since I had them on hand already. The little blue stones are for every pound, and the pinkish-purple ones are for every 10 pounds.

    I love this idea! I think I'll get my husband and daughter to help me make the jars, too. It really is motivating for me to have the whole family on my side during this weight-loss journey.
