Three things Food - Measure everything... because estimating can mess your intake of calories up. You could be way under.. or way over. Exercise - be careful when entering calories burned in to MFP. It over estimates alot. I have a heart rate monitor that breaks my calories burned down for me.. and MFP is always over!…

I would just not the whole amount if you used 2 tbsp.. i dont think 2 tbsp went in, look in the pan if its still greasy then all the grease did not make it on the popcorn. I would only track half or third

My only one suggestion is... when you are inputting your calorie burned from running or working out, are your soley going on what MFP suggestes. because MFP vs. my Heart Rate Monitor when looking at calories burned is MFP is extremly high. examples 60 minuites of zumba for me on my HRM tells me I've burned between 500-650…

It's big red... In the black community I'm considered Red Bone..because Im light skinned. And obviously I'm tall and could use to lose a few pounds. The first thing folks call me is "big red".... ugggghhhh I hate it.

it's the pack where they try to trick you in to eating both bars b/c they are in one pack together. packaged as you are supposed to eat both and if you have the calories... hey go ahead it's only 190 cal. But I dont have it today... so I opted 1 for 80cal.
