Hi there, I have been using DailyBurn. It is an online fitness program. You stream the workout videos. They range from 12-50 minutes. You can choose by the intensity, time and trainers. Great videos, simple exercises that you can modify if you don't have weights or bands. I think it is around $14 / month.

Well, I actually call them treat days. I am rewarding myself with a "normal" meal, that can be my parents traditional mexican food with all the good bad stuff or some Korean BBQ. At the same time, I am consious of what I am eating and I am not just going to throw out all the rules out the window.

Yes you can but if you want to get the best results out of your workout and nutrition, it is better if you don't. That depends on your goals and the time that you have. I myself, limit myself to 2 drinks per week if I want to drink.

I switched to it from the GNC brand I was using. It is actually cheaper than that one too. Try it out, highly suggest it.

I already cut fruits and dairy. I know what you mean about feeling sick, I have been feeling that! But i figured it was just my body adjusting to not getting some of those foods.

Hi there, I have been transitioning my nutrition into a Paleo diet for the last 3 weeks. Next week or so, I should be cutting my grains. I thought it was going to be difficult to cut out dairy, fruits but the transition has made it easier and I think that I can go Paleo 100% soon.
