My breakfast:
Water
Apple, blueberries, or blackberries
2 slices of dry, 100% whole-grain toasted bread each with a slice of 99% fat free turkey breast
1 fresh tomato
Hot tea (no milk, no sugar)
1 capsule of Omega 3
This way of eating increases my metabolism. Another benefit is that I don’t feel hungry. I know it is not a typical “breakfast food”, but it is a part of my eating style that helped me lose 91 pounds without exercise and without being hungry.0 -
Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free steel cut oats with tsp of pb2 or brown sugar and toss in some frozen berries.0

I like to get a fair bit of protein in in the morning - bacon, maybe 2 eggs. I prefer to have a big breakfast and taper off my eating throughout the day. That way I feel much better.0

Hmm.. Peaches and cream oatmeal. I'm a simple gal, like to do things in the microwave. :P
Or toast and market pantry egg substitute from Target and lots of salsa. It's the only egg substitute that I like.
Eggo waffle - the whole-grain blueberry kind.
And every now and then, I like to go to IHOP for one of there simple and fit meals with pancakes. Muaha!0 -
I am a cereal girl.
I mix ½ cup oats, ½ cup skim milk. 150g low fat low sugar fruit yoghurt . Mix it in a bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight to soak. In the morning I stick it in the microwave for 1 min. I have this at 6.30am and I don’t start to think about food again till about 11am. It is also nice cold in summer.0 -
Crustless quiche! It lasts us 3 days, ( 6 pieces / 2) just heat up a piece, eat, and go. We wake up around 10am, we own a small business that doesnt open until noon, and we dont usually get back home and eat dinner till midnight, in bed by 2 or 3am. Odd hours, I know.0
