You got to find your niche in working out. I do icing and self defense classes. Makes me feel strong, and gives me a killer workout. 1 hour a day burning 500-700 calories. Get a HRM for acurate results. You will feel proud of yourself.

King soopers, are you from Colorado? When I lived in Denver I swear they had the best grocery stores! I can never say I loved a regular grocery store like I did King soopers. Lol

We make homemade yogurt all the time, we have a yogurt maker we got on Amazon and we buy small plain yogurt Greek style and use a tablespoon for the bacteria to make that type of yogurt. Takes 24 hours super simple and amazing. I'm Turkish we eat a ton of yogurt.

Maybe try changing up your exercise routine. Your body gets use to the same the same thing over and over.

I would trust new batteries rather then the old. Give it a week. I'm sure it's working fine. The polar is a great fitness tracker.

I have been using measuring cups and a small scale for my meats yes. Maybe my body is retaining water for muscle repair, I can hardly climb the stairs I have been so sore.

I feel the same way I counted my carbs before in a former diet and saw good results, calorie counting im not seeing much results.

I work in a office for a company but I just sit on a computer all day.

Iv done 1 week of insanity, its hard but you got to push through it, i had to stop due to family coming. But its intense and it tests your body on how far you can go.
