Just give up man, undone the years work anyway

If you're physically able to lift every single day without rest, re *kitten* your strength training IMO rest days should be a God send.
-
I eat twice a day, both times after 8PM and both meals are more than 1500 calories, intermittent fasting is awesome
-
That's for bulking right?
-
Vegetables are unlimited
-
That has nothing to do with IIFYM all iifym means is not restricting yourself or denying yourself certain foods, what your actual macros are is totally irrelevant

Personally, no. I don't eat until 8pm or so every night (whenever I finish training) and then basically keep eating until I fall asleep haha

220lb bench, 220lb squat, my legs suck
-
I eat twice a day, once at 8PM and once at 10PM, this is one broscience 100%

I find the idea disgusting

If you don't weigh your food, you don't track macros IMO

Missed 15 minute anabolic window, all gains lost
-
This, in general weight training does not increase HR for long enough to make you pour unless your volume is reasonably high and rest low
-
yeah you're not going to gain legitimate weight taking 1 day off

PCOS, Hypothyroidism and various metabolic diseases

I'm pregnant

yeah muscle can be built or broken down, not "toned"

MFP massively over-estimates calories, I see people burning 800 calories doing 36 minutes of Insanity...seems legit
-
lower your overall body fat
-
"toned" muscle can be built, or broken down, not "toned"

I would see a doctor and have your thyroid tested.
-
The best way to burn body fat is to build muscle, I would say use a structured routine such as 5/3/1 http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/hardcore-look-at-jim-wendlers-5-3-1-powerlifting-system.html Your calories etc are fine for cutting but once you hit goal you should start reversing and focus on building some…
-
That'll go down well
-
People use the word "addiction" to justify a lack of willpower
-
sounds like a thyroid problem
-
but not after 6PM right?

I'm 5' 11 and last year dropped to 127lbs and was continuing to lose weight/BF. as soon as I tried any sort of proper calorie intake my weight and BF shot up, that's more similar to starvation mode, what you need to do is gradually increase your calories and lift some weights
