I am glad to hear this...I am still in my first trimester with a very high risk pregnancy that we are praying makes it through this most crucial time. I am still LCHF but I have upped my carbs some. I am averaging 50-75 per day now.

I am glad to have found this. I have been bloated like crazy (no constipation issues) and am actually up 4 pounds since this time last week...I too have had more veggies recently. Interesting. Maybe I will cut back a bit and see if that helps.

Do you ever make any type of protein shake? If so, throw some spinach in there! I absolutely HATE the texture of any raw "leaf" therefore I do not eat salad or anything of that nature.
