  • As I am in total agreement with the topic, sadly, sex does not burn that many calories. the AMA did a study, and unless we are talking some serious acts during a normal 60 minute session, sex roughly burned about 300 calories per hour. Although great, it was not a major cardio workout.

  • I am 38 now and training to enter the Navy. Ouch, yes at my age and I am almost at my goal to enter as an Officer. It is hard, and I have had to sacrifice but it can be down. Keep up the great work and get where you need to be. And remember to take it slow.
