Fat loss is what makes your breasts go away.. don't lose fat and you can keep your boobies. All toning means is that you have lost the fat that is covering your hard earned muscle. Can't have your cake and eat it too...

Flat bellies are made in the kitchen. I have always had a strong core, sometimes there is an extra layer on top that hides my abs, I do cardio and eat lots of protein and veggies and it flattens right up (not in a jiffy like that, but after some serious hard work :) )

I ended up getting a heart rate monitor. Works great and tells me how long I am in each zone, and counts the calories for me. I wouldnt go back!

I try and have my meals stay below 500, usually, they end up being 300-400 calories. For my snacks I like to keep it between 100-200 calories, but also I kind of consider them extra meals, I just call them snacks out of habit, so if they go over I don't worry.

I LOVE documentaries! Especially food documentries. Netflix, I found, has the best selection.

If it were me. I would count the whole meal. There is really no way of telling how many of the calories you took in before throwing up.

If it were me I would consider that a good day. But if you are feeling uneasy about it I would try cutting out the processed foods, that has made a huge difference for me.

I do the same thing, but with olive oil. I just count it as a tsp... more than what is actually in the pan, but I would rather overestimate.

I find that most people could care less about what it is that I am eating. But if what YOU EAT makes people feel uncomfortable, it is probably about time they start looking at what it is they are pilling on their plate.

I would say do it 2-3 times a week. Muscle is built during rest so not doing it everyday is best.

I am 5'1. My goal right now is 120. My body does best between 115-120. I will reevaluate when I reach my first goal. My lowest weight was 110'ish and I was far to thin for my body type.
