Hi
I have been on mfp for over a month now. I have not lost any weight!! I was wondering if anybody would be willing to look at my food diary and tell me where `i am going wrong!! Do I need to eat more eat less its driving me crazy!!
I am 5'3" and today I weigh 108 pounds. I am 36 years old and have 5 children so am constantly on the go and yes I know I dont need to loose much but I just want to get a few more pounds off!
Anyone willing to help me out?
Thanks
Leah

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you probably not losing weight because you are aleady at a weight for your body....5"3", 108lbs seems to be a great weight...
Have you considered to tone and define instead of losing weight? It will make you smaller, inches wise and keep everything in its place0 -
You don't eat quite enough protein and too many carbs, from my experience upping my protein intake and lowering my carbs along with exercise has made the difference. That being said... at your height you are probably at the correct weight for your body, as the previous poster said, perhaps you could work on toning and fat loss?0

i agree...diet is not what you need. workout is what you need, get in shape and tone, not wieght loss. Turn what fat you have into muscle and it will prob make you happy. If you have hard time making time...try dvds, you can do them whenever you need to.0

Looks like strength training would be good for you0

Thanks for all the replies and for not judging me!! I am currently trying to tone up and I am halfway through Jillian Michael's ripped in 30 dvd. I have already completed the 30 day shred and have several of her other dvds I am hoping to work through. I have had pretty good results with her dvd's and have lost several inches ( I actually gained 2 pounds doing the shred!) I think I do eat too many carbs and really need to up my protein so will be looking into that.
Thanks again
