I'm skipping this week! I totally forgot to weigh myself and I have been on evenings. When I work evenings I swear my weight is always up. Like I retain water later etc sounds dumb I know! LOL

No change in my weight (181.6). I was pleasantly surprised though when I put on a pair of tighter jeans and they fit perfect! I think it is muscle and I'm taking off the fat! :)

Have a heart rate monitor (HRM) w/a chest strap? They are pretty accurate! I have a polar and LOVE it! Great investment!

Wow, that is really neat seeing we all lost a total of 66lbs combined and our group has drastically decreased from the start! That is awesome!

my weight today is 180.6, up from 180.4 two weeks ago not too bad for not eating the best and out of town etc. We had a surprise 50th bday party for my sister but I had a nice big salad oh and two tall beers, but I shared them w/my boyfriend. 182.6 same weight as last week! I've been super sick though...tired all week last week after my flu shot w/no motivation and now an upper respiratory infection! Can't get a break! I miss exercising!

My goals for this week is to continue exercersing everyday and healthy food choices.
