    my goal is to lose 1lb a week forever until i get where i am happy...

    Congrats sounds like everyone is haveing a good week.
    I am not expection good numbers this week. My niece/god daughter was a stillborn Oct 28 and I have not been doing good. I finally have the motivation to workout again, I still want to eat sugar but the cravings are better now. I am going to weigh in tonight, give myself sometime to flush out all the crap I have eaten and get another good workout in.
  • ohhhhhhh, in case you didnt see my post in the threads.....i weighed myself last night and i was DOWN to 204.4...that is my goal for saturday and i'm hoping if i push myself today and really stay the course maybe tomorrow will be an even better OFFICIAL weigh in...

  • Bluiz I was guessing on the Nov 8th weigh in and now you have it all on the chart so pretty I don't want to have it erased :frown: I am scared to weigh to see the truth LOL!!
  • Oh I am too stoked I actually weighed in at 160.8 almost wanted to wait til I go to the bathroom this morning I think I like the guess method!!

  • Hahaha, Denise! Game on! I'm not tracking my foods or exercising, but I'm still in the game. I'm not eating crappy and I'm watching portion sizes. I like that I'm still losing and and I don't have to be hardcore strict with logging/measuring, kwim?

    I'm down again this week to 201.4 (-1.2 lbs). Woot! Oh, and Happy 6th Birthday today to my little girl!

    i'm very sorry for your loss....take your time to heal but also remember exercise gives you positive endorphins that might help with your grief and give you time to reflect....

  • I saw that vkp posted on her profile a day or so ago about someone (family maybe?) being moved from the hospital to hospice care, so I bet she's been tied up with other things and just hasn't weighed in yet. I didn't see a new weight reported on her profile, either.
  • as of today,by doing p90x phase 1 week four kenpo x and brazil butt lift- bum bum, high and tight , i went down to 161.2lbs. this morning. i feel great this morning. it would be nice to see 150's soon.if nothing messes this up for me.

    Wow, that is really neat seeing we all lost a total of 66lbs combined and our group has drastically decreased from the start! That is awesome!

    HI! I'm alive. Haven't weighed and just put all of this week into the system. Not too bad for not tracking. My husband's grandmother past away Monday night and we have been traveling back and forth every day over an hour. Funeral is today. I have to sing! I'm honored, but I'm hoping I can hold it together. I will get back going with the group next week and try to really hit it hard!

    i have decided not to weigh in this weekend or this week until the 20th....we went away for our anniversary and i ate and drank what i wanted...i logged it all as best i could even when it put me WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY over.....but i want clean eating and hard workouts for a whole week before i jump on the scale again.....i even had my husband "hide" the scale...it is put away until i weigh in on the 20th...no peaking/sneaking cause i know i gained and i dont want to be discouraged.....

    Been at work all weekend. It's great that the boss is buying the food, but what they're buying is killing my caloric totals. I will have to try to be very good the rest of the week.
