I'm skipping this week! I totally forgot to weigh myself and I have been on evenings. When I work evenings I swear my weight is always up. Like I retain water later etc sounds dumb I know! LOL0

I have no idea why I have lost so much this week. I did over eat once this week, maybe my body just needed the extra calories, well I am not going to complain, just hope to maintain through thanksgiving.0 -

i have to be honest i haven't logged a weight since the 6th...we were away the 13th and the 20th i just didnt like what the scale said....i think i was up to 210 which really pissed me off...i jumped on monday and was back down to 207 and then again this am and was 205 so here's hoping with all my extra workouts for the walking challenge and the 4500 calorie challenge that i will be below 204 for saturday even with thanksgiving eating...
i'm taking today off from working out - i even left my sneaks at home cause i knew if i brought them i'd try to sneak in a walk even with my son at the office with me....i have been battle a horrible cold/cough for over a month and it has finally moved into my head/nose with horrible congestion....i have been walking so much lately that my calves are sooooo tight and have been cramping up horribly....seriously i feel like i am falling apart but i have honestly never felt better about my choices and my journey...i just think i have to find a better balance or maybe it is just the cold talking...not really sure....0 -

I'm here. Time to confess. I've been MAJORLY slacking. Not just with exercising, which I haven't done in nearly 7 weeks since I hurt my ankle, but in eating, too. I can't remember the last time I tracked my food OR drank 64oz of H2O. I've been trying to get my H2O intake back up to par bc I know that makes a bit of a difference.
The last time I snuck a peek at my weight, I think it was 208 and I felt completely and utterly defeated. Which is about when I stopped logging in to MFP. I've been unhappy with myself ever since and I can't seem to get back on the wagon. I don't like the way my clothes are fitting and I just don't feel good about myself over all.
So, there it is.0 -

the first step to starting over is just starting over lol.....
just log one day...even if it is shi**y eating....maybe that will motivate you to get back on track.....i was nervous about you being ahead of me and wanted to catch up to you but then you got hurt and i was happy your losses would slow down so i could catch up...BUT i didnt want you to gain.....you can do this.....you want to do this....you just have to do this........come on.....i'm down to 201 and i want you to watn to cath me this time.....get going....move your a**, drink your water and start tracking your food.......0 -

i'm here but , i won't be weighing myself for awhile. the nurse has got me on the pill and it's making my body all messed up. i'm still working out, but i'm just not weighing myself, i'm afraid to get on it, because when i got on it a week and a half ago i was clear up to 169.6lbs. so i'm waiting until my body gets adjusted to the stupid pill. plus i have a bad sore throat and i don't have much of a voice.0

158.5! It's amazing how quickly I gained those two pounds back and how long it's taking to get them back off. I guess I should just be impressed I lost over Thanksgiving!0
