    Hi everyone,

    I had some very serious health problems, but am finally able to get going again. I'm hoping I can get back into the club! :) I know I'm starting late, but I really want to push hard for the end of the year. I'm posting my weight and then I'll catch up on the latest posts.

    I don't remember what I was when I originally posted to the group, but right now I am 215.8. I have my goals below, averaging 1.5 a week. Don't know if that is possible through the Thanksgiving holiday, but I'm going to try!

    Nov 22: GW-214

    i have decided not to weigh in this weekend or this week until the 20th....we went away for our anniversary and i ate and drank what i wanted...i logged it all as best i could even when it put me WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY over.....but i want clean eating and hard workouts for a whole week before i jump on the scale again.....i even had my husband "hide" the scale...it is put away until i weigh in on the 20th...no peaking/sneaking cause i know i gained and i dont want to be discouraged.....

    Sounds like fun!! Thanks for sending me the link - I'm so happy to be back on track to being healthy!

    No change in my weight (181.6). I was pleasantly surprised though when I put on a pair of tighter jeans and they fit perfect! I think it is muscle and I'm taking off the fat! :)

    We are still here, somewhere, I think....
    I think once there is an opening on day shift I am going to apply. It is hard being the only night shift person in the house. That and it looks like we might have house guest for awhile, and I live in a very small house.

    I will get on the scale at work in a couple of hours, and give my weight for the week. I don't trust my home scale.

    I'm still reading daily. I skipped weighing in this week. I just wasn't feeling the love and I don't need to be discouraged right now when I'm so close to ONEderland.

    Huh! I posted yesterday...but it's not on here. Don't know what happened. I'm up to 161...which has to do more with sodium than anything else I think.

    2.3 lbs away from getting out of the 200. ( I can't wait to see 199.9.) I have a great reason to eat right this Turkey day.
    I also plan on pushing myself exercise wise this week.
    Sorry I am just so excited.:bigsmile:

    i'm right there with you at 204 two weeks ago and then went away with my hubby and didnt weigh in and who knows what this week will bring cause i went to chuck e cheese with kids and tried to stay away from wings but there they were...
    i am sooooo bloated i had to take my rings off int he night...hoping to flush a ton of water thru me today to get rid of the sodium...
    grrrrrrrr.....i will be at 199.4 by 12/11 to make my december goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yeah, I know what you mean. My sodium has bloated me too! I did manage to get 5 glasses in yesterday, which has already dropped me back down to 160. Hopefully I can get some more through my system and be back down to my weight 2 weeks ago and be on track. The crazy project at work has calmed down a bit now. We were eating in and they were ordering things like pizza and steak out...but I couldn't leave to go get stuff and I hadn't been home long enough to buy groceries to pack. Now that we've met the deadline, my eating schedule can calm down a little bit.

    Took on a challenge with another thread to burn 4500 cals this week to assure that Thanksgiving wont be an issue and hopefully dig deeper in the 150's so the 160's wont be able to rear it's ugly head again!!!

    i so frustrated TOM pays me a visit tomorrow and i'm so bloated, plus i went to the health department last week and they put me on the hormone pill to make TOM not come so often. see i'm taking that,it makes me feel even more bloated. so i'm thinking not weighing myself until something in my body does something. because i have gained so much weight back. i workout like crazy too. i just feel so upset. i'm so sorry that you gals are getting of me mumbling all the time about TOM and my weight but i just so upset with TOM and this pill.
