  • I am at week five and I have gained around 8 lbs and 4 inches. I am still waiting for the inches and the pounds to come off but I feel stronger, sleep better and am not hungry all the time.   • My BMR is 1397 and my TDEE is 1912 with 15% equalling 1626 but I was told that might be too low so I was shooting for closer to the TDEE. I did eat too much one day . I don't normally eat back the calories. I lift every other day and walk every day for 40 to 60 minutes.

  • This is hard on my wrists too. I am placing the ball on my shins and not under my ankles until I get better at it. The further up your leg, the easier it is. I can still get my butt in the air and perform the motion but I don't fall off as much! Shelley

  • I sometimes add frozen banana and/or plain cocoa powder to mine. If you like coconut that adds nutrition as well as more flavour. If you like the "green" flavour, parsley and celery make good additions. Shelley
